In Dependence was made for CS4026, Documentary production. A bittersweet reflection on the changing nature of dependency between parent and child, In Dependence explores how parents grapple with their children growing up through four distinct experiences.

The bird park bids farewell

I had the chance to visit Jurong Bird Park during it’s final few days of operations. Here is a short video I shot and edited to document my experience there, as well as gather the thoughts of some who were also visiting the park for the last time.

When I was in California for exchange in July 2023, I photographed scenes from the SAG-AFTRA strikes. From July 14 to November 9, 2023, SAG-AFTRA was on strike over a labor dispute with the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers. Many were concerned that AI would take over their jobs as well. It was surreal to soak in the atmosphere of a strike and witness individuals fight for their rights.
